Q: Do I need to make a deposit to secure my date?

A: A deposit and contract is required for all bookings. A date will not be reserved for a session, wedding, or event without a signed contract and paid deposit.

Q: What is your turnaround time?

A: Turnaround time for weddings is an estimated 8-12 weeks. Turnaround time for smaller projects is around 3 weeks.

Q: Do you have any recommended vendors?

A: Yes! Send us a message and we'd be happy to send our recommendations your way!

Q: Can I choose my location?

A: Yes, but it must be within 25 miles of BN Photo and Video (unless it is otherwise stated in the package).

Q: Do you have any recommended locations?

A: Memphis is a beautiful city! Some of our favorite spots are Memphis Botanic Garden, Shelby Farms, The Dixon, Crosstown Concourse, South Main Art District, and Overton Park!

Q: How many photos will I receive?

A: We do not put a cap on photos. Here at BN Photo and Video, the sky is the limit! Photo count varies based upon outfit changes, number of locations, session length, etc. BN Photo and Video reserves all rights to photo selection and distribution. You can expect at least 750+ images in your wedding gallery (elopements excluded).

Q: What is a cinematic highlight film?

A: A fully edited film showcasing clips of your entire wedding day. From buttoning up the bride's dress to the first kiss to the infamous exit, your highlight reel will commemorate your big day in the best ways possible.

Q: What is a personalized timeline?

A: A personalized timeline is pretty much a loose agenda for your wedding day. It’ll have times written down for getting ready photos, first looks (if desired), family portraits, etc. All of which is based around your arrival time, ceremony, and reception. All wedding packages come with a custom one made by BN!

Q: What is a print release?

A: A form giving the client written approval to print the purchased images for personal use.

Q: Do you travel?

A: Of course! We are based in Memphis, TN but travel anywhere and everywhere!
